It is a TWO BLOCK walk or drive to the township beach, park and beautiful Higgins Lake. 1/4 mile to the boat launch. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen and the other with twin beds. Sleeps 4. This cottage comes fully furnished except for sheets and towels. Bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own campfire, charcoal grill and picnic table in the large, private yard with lake view. The yard is large and can accommodate 2 vehicles and/or a large boat. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, ride bikes or walk to the local ice cream/candy store. Internet and Cable. No pets! No smoking! Private setting! Cable and internet. 4th of July week is a Saturday to Saturday rental only. Four night minimum which must be within a Saturday to Saturday time period. Disclosure: This property is used by the owner at times for personal use. Due to owner allergies, no animal policy is strictly enforced.
