It is a spacious and very nice house, surrounded by nature, it has sea views, it is 800 meters from a town called Almoster, 5 minutes from Reus, a very commercial and modernist city, 15 minutes from Salou, beaches, Port Aventura, 20 minutes from Cambrils, and 100 km from Barcelona. Registration Number: HUTT011543 The space The house has large spaces, is distributed on two floors, has a long and wide porch, where guests usually eat or dine in summer, from where the pool is displayed, there are tables and chairs for everyone in each environment. On the ground floor there is a living room with an ornamental fireplace, a dining room, an office kitchen with a table for 10 - 12 people, a toilet, a suite room with a full bathroom, a storage room where there are items for the little ones and another very spacious room ideal for children or parents who want to sleep with them, since it has two beds of 1.20 cm. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, a terrace overlooking the ocean with a space where you can disconnect, a full bathroom, and also a distribution area with 1 sofa. The surroundings are very quiet, there is no noise, you can hear the birds, road access is easy and there are no dirt roads, everything is paved. Ideal for groups of friends and families, each one freely chooses the space they want to occupy and enjoy... there are walking routes through the mountain, you can also take a walk to the village, have a drink or eat in the square or shop in small stores. Guest access This property is 11,000 m2, but guests are only allowed access to the area where the pool, house and barbecue are located. There is space to park cars. The plot has fruit trees, and diverse vegetation. There are 4 very spacious rooms and we have a crib and 2 park cribs, in case you need them, it would be 12 guests plus 2 babies. The mandatory tourist tax in Catalonia is for those over 16 years of age, €0.90/day. Maximum 7 days per person. This fee must be paid upon arrival.
