Cozy Cottage on the Hill

Welcome to Grandma's House! The only thing missing is fresh baked cookies! Situated on Main Street only blocks away from Eureka College with easy sidewalk access, this house is perfect for college visits and sporting events. Less than a mile away is Eureka Lake, home of the 2019 Disc Golf World Championship along with playgrounds and beautiful walking trails. This cottage on the hill will take you back to your childhood as you enjoy a visit to grandma's house! The space This is my grandmother's former house so we ask that you be respectful of the property and the memories contained inside for many grandchildren. This cute cottage on the hill has a great yard for children or relaxing outside on a nice day. Sidewalk access to Eureka College, 1/2 mile away, and less than a mile drive to Eureka Lake gives this house great access to where you want to go. There is one small bedroom with a single twin bed along with a dresser and closet. The living room has a TV connected to a Roku for you to stream your favorite programs. **Be sure to sign out of your streaming service when you leave!** There is a pull out sofa sleeper for an additional 2 sleeping spaces. The warm and cozy sitting room offers a separate queen bed for more sleeping space. There is plenty of room for an air mattress if you provide your own. Washer and dryer will be fully accessible for doing laundry. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Anyone who books 30 days or more will be charged an extra $45 cleaning fee.
