Enjoy a comfortable queen bed in a quiet first-floor bedroom. Bathroom is next door three steps from your guest room. You'll have exclusive use of it during your stay. Bath has shower over tub. Our home is a split bedroom, so your private guest room is on the opposite end of the home from our master. We live in the home and are available to assist you. Upon request enjoy light breakfast and hospitality from Super Hosts Doug and Kathy. As an option we have another guest room with 2 full beds. The space Room is bright with plenty of daylight thanks to north and east facing windows. Our home, indoors and out, is pet and smoke free. In warm weather, enjoy our patio and comfortable back yard. Guest access Check in is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. CT. (Let us know if you need some flexibility with your timing.) Enjoy your main floor guest room and private bath steps from your room. Light breakfast will be available in the kitchen (steps away) in the morning from about 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. We can loan you a key to our home so you can come and go. Lock the door behind you when you come and go. During your stay Doug and Kathy are both retired and live in the home, so one of us is usually available to assist you with your accommodations. We want your stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. Other things to note You'll be about 3.5 miles from downtown Appleton and Lawrence University. For Lawrence University visitors, we're an easy 9-minute drive via residential streets to the heart of the school. For Lambeau Field visitors, you'll have easy access to I-41 and a short drive to Green Bay. Neighborhood shopping includes Kohl’s, Home Depot and Walmart. Restaurants are handy, too. It's about 10 miles to the Fox River Mall and the Appleton airport. Free off-street parking is available.
