Situated in the pretty hamlet of Thistleboon in Mumbles, this delightful and spacious cottage is just 5 minutes from the seafront. Nearby, there are award winning walks, stunning beaches and plenty of activities and in Mumbles an abundance of family friendly restaurants, cafes and bars, boutiques and homeware stores. The cottage makes for a super comfortable and cosy stay for couples or families looking for a summer holiday, long weekend or a cosy retreat for an autumn or Christmas break. The space The entrance hall leads to the generous and comfortable reception room with tv and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, has a range oven, and includes a microwave, bean to cup coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with a dining table that seats up to 6 people. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and the second which can be made up either as a super king size bed, or two singles, both with ample storage for clothes. The luxury bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. At the rear, there is a south facing garden with a raised patio area and an attractive summer house with lounger, table, seating and barbeque. Hotel standard linen and towels are all provided (including beach towels), with the aim to provide everything you need. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 or people with mobility challenges. Guest access The property is set up to offer easy self-check, so that you don’t need to worry about your arrival time. There is nearby free on street parking (could be up to a 4 minute walk), and for stays of 3 days there may be an option for a visitor parking permit at a cost of £25 for up to one week. Please note this does not guarantee a space. If you would like to request a parking permit, please do so in plenty of time as the application process takes around 5 working days. Please note that the property is in the old part of Mumbles and the route to Tichbourne Street is through narrow lanes and on a hill.
