We have a large private bedroom and bath available in our spacious downtown home that we enjoy sharing with guests who are interested in exploring the Traverse City area - wineries, breweries, beaches, restaurants, theaters - all in walking distance! The space Our home is a well maintained house from the 1890s full of old world charm and modern amenities. Guests have a queen size bed in their large bedroom and a private bathroom down the hall. Guest access There is plenty of room to relax in your room or the shared living spaces, including living room, kitchen, sun room, and back yard. During your stay We will be in the home during your stay. My partner and I live here. We enjoy meeting new people. We will respect your privacy, but are available as needed. A couple other things to note, our house is situated in a family neighborhood and is not suited for partying, heavy drinking, smoking pot, etc. We have not had a problem with that in the past, but I wanted to be upfront with potential guests in case that is what they were looking for. Also, I typically rehearse with my band one evening a week in my home from around 7:00 to 9:00. Other things to note Our home is registered as a tourist home with the City of Traverse City. Please, no drug use on the premises.
