The top of the boat house and the floating dock come with the rental. There is a cement drive with a basketball backstop and a horse shoe pit. A handmade one of a kind spiral staircase leads to a sleeping loft which has a full size futon and full bathroom. There is a full size pull-out sofa in the downstairs living area. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with a private bathroom. There is also, a playpen for your convenience.
