WindSeaHouse - Natural paradise

The space The building, constructed in ancient times in a panoramic position, is characterized by a strong genius loci. The house has recently been restored according to specific environmental principles influenced by the Eastern culture of Feng Shui. The accommodation consists of an open south-facing panoramic terrace (20 m2), accessible from the parking area through a gently sloping path illuminated in the evening. It is equipped with sun loungers and a small table. The living room/kitchen area (18 m2) with double height overlooks this terrace, and the large window allows enjoying the view from the interior as well. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, an indoor dining area, a sofa bed for two, and a TV. There is a hallway with wardrobes. The bathroom features forced ventilation and an electric Velux window. The double bedroom (10 m2) is furnished with a bed and a wardrobe from the Garibaldi era! From the residence, you enter a very intimate internal patio (outdoor courtyard of 47 m2) with a garden of succulent and aromatic plants, an outdoor sink, washing machine, dining area, and a small lounge. There's also an outdoor shower. At the end of the patio, there is a small annexe with two beds, a wardrobe and a toilet with a sink (9 m2 total). Guest access Guests can use the semi-demarcated terrace at the front, the patio and the annexe at the back. It is strictly forbidden to access the mezzanine which is reserved for staff. Guests are asked not to go to the two neighbouring properties. Other things to note We are on an island of an island. The water is not drinkable but can be used for cooking and hygiene. Part of the beauty of a wild holiday is being able to have inconveniences due to meteorological agents (such as strong winds that move the antenna) or supplies, such as lack of water. To solve this problem, under the patio, there are two large cisterns. In all cases, we will try to solve any problems as a matter of urgency, but please be understanding. More specific instructions will be sent to you before your arrival, if for any reason they do not arrive contact the numbers above. You should leave the house without rubbish.
