Devon Country B&B suite with private lounge

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way. The space Our home has been recently renovated but retains its former farm setting charm with stunning countryside views and plenty of private garden spaces to enjoy. The guest rooms , bathroom and Exclusive guest lounge are all accessed via the rear door of the house and all rooms have lovely garden views and are lockable . There is a mini fridge & microwave ,& crockery,cutlery,glasses etc provided solely for the use of our guests. The hosts will wash ,clean & replace crockery daily as needed. The guest space is therefore practically self contained which provides for a COVID safe environment and a rigorous cleaning regime is employed. The guests access their accommodation which is on the ground floor through their own entrance via the large central hallway . We are visited by an abundance of wildlife to our gardens and pond and regularly have sheep and lambs grazing and a frequently visiting Deer . Extremely pet friendly as the guests have a golden retriever & chocolate lab pup. For the more energetic, the River Dart and National cycle routes are very close by and we have plenty of space to store kayaks and bikes. Guest access Our property is set back off the country lane and the gardens and fields extend to about 2 acres . Guests can help themselves to the various outdoor chairs , picnic bench and sun loungers . There are several areas in the gardens that provide beautiful surroundings to relax in some of which are away from the house providing complete tranquility and privacy. The guest accommodation is entirely on the ground floor to one side of the property and is virtually self contained. The guest rooms all have lovely garden views and the lounge has panoramic views with its sliding patio doors giving guests access to the gardens. The large bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk in shower and separate bath is solely for guests use . A lockable mini fridge has been provided in addition to tea and coffee making facilities. A continental breakfast will be served in the dining room . Other things to note There is a large pond in the garden filled with fish and plants. Guests with young children should take care when enjoying the space.
