The charming 1 bedroom apartment is just two short blocks to the heart of Grass Valley, home to diverse restaurants, coffee shops, tasting rooms, and boutique shopping. This is the perfect location to explore Nevada County or just to get away from it all and relax. The space The space is nestled a few short blocks from the center of town, but feels relaxing and miles away. It was originally a 1890 miners' cabin and has since been completely remodeled into a cozy, light, and airy sanctuary. Guest access This listing is a charming, bottom floor, 1 bedroom (king bed) apartment with private access. Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay, as well as the wonderful terraced back yard. A beautiful Fig tree is visible from a secluded outdoor dining table to enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note There is only parking on the street and there are usually no issues finding a spot in front of the big laurel hedge on the right side of the street. The space in front of the house is reserved for the tenant who lives in the upstairs apartment, but can be adjusted if the street parking gets busy.....just reach out to me..Thanks!
