Other things to note Please be advised, any reservation modification that requires additional payment via Beachfront Only Vacations Rentals' Guest Portal web application. Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning ($250), and Lost and Found returns.
