The interior: The living area is a bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system to ensure maximum comfort and cool nights even on the hottest days. The two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) are separated from the living room to ensure maximum privacy for families or groups of friends. The bathroom has a shower stall. Exteriors and amenities: The highlight of the house is the spacious terrace, which is perfect for outdoor breakfasts or sunset aperitifs. On the ground floor, you will have an exclusive private area at your disposal, which includes: • A masonry grill for your summer barbecues. • Outdoor shower, very convenient when returning from the beach to freshen up and rinse off the salt. • Private reserved parking space right outside the house. • Fast Wi-Fi included to stay connected at all times. Thanks to self check-in, you will have complete flexibility regarding your arrival time: you will find the keys in a lockbox and can start your vacation stress-free. Guest access The entire apartment, the terrace, and the outdoor area on the ground floor are for your exclusive use. You will not have any spaces shared with other guests or with the host, ensuring maximum privacy throughout your stay. You will have free access to: • All the rooms in the house (master bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom, and open space). • Private, furnished terrace for your outdoor meals. • Barbecue area and private outdoor shower on the ground floor. • Reserved parking space on the property. Check-in is completely independent via Self Check-in: you will receive detailed instructions and the code to collect the keys a few days before your arrival. This allows you to arrive at your leisure at any time after the scheduled time, without the stress of having to meet someone. Inside the property, you will find the calendar and instructions for proper waste disposal. We kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary waste and to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. • Area and Amenities: The house is located in a quiet, rural area. Although there are essential services in the village (market, bar), it is essential to have a car to get around and to reach the beaches or the towns of Alghero and Stintino. • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards via self check-in.
