This beautiful condo is located in Garden City 6 blocks north of the Garden City Pier. We have WiFi, cable and a laundry on site and nice cool pool for you to enjoy. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with full kitchen. If you love to fish, the pier is within walking distance. Plenty of fresh seafood places to eat in Murrells Inlet. Garden City is a family friendly area of the grand strand. The beach is across the street with easy access and you can get that great tan. Monthly rental rate of $1,200.00 will incluce ALL utilities, cable, and internet. This special monthly rate is only honored from September through April. Beginning May the condo will revert back to a weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday at the Summer rates. Linens are not provided. You would need to bring your own linens, towels, and washcloths.
