Guests are welcome to enjoy the bottom floor and the backyard. Please note that my friendly dog, Bichon Frise will occasionally visit the backyard. There is ample street parking available around the house for free. I kindly ask that you avoid parking on the driveway. This space cannot accommodate vehicles, not even temporarily for luggage drop-off, as it obstructs the sidewalk and interferes with the nearby bus stop access. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the bottom floor patio and the backyard. The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker and toaster. Guests should bring their own preferred washcloths as they are not provided. There are surveillance cameras outside the property for your safety. This studio is suitable for a maximum of two adults. If a third person is brought in, they will be asked to leave. Please note that the reservation is for registered guests only. No unregistered guests or third parties are allowed on the premises at any time. If a third person is found to have stayed without prior approval, a fee of $125 will be charged, and the additional guest will be required to vacate the property by 11:00 a.m. the following day.
