Pacific views, tranquil location, large home (#2)

Large modernised family home, tranquil hillside location with Pacific views. Our lovely home has been fully modernised, and is suitable for a family or group of friends. The house is very spacious, and can comfortably sleep 6. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are brand new. The views from this house are absolutely beautiful. We have another larger fully renovated house at the same location so an extra-large group can all be basically together. The space The location is elevated on the hillside above the airport, and adults and kids alike will enjoy watching the planes come and go. Although located away from the hussle and bustle, it is less than 10 minutes to Avarua township and 7 minutes to a swim at Black Rock. The deck provides a restful location to relax, read a book, have a beer or cocktail, and enjoy the amazing views and sunsets. For rainy days, the lounge is spacious and equipped with a large flatscreen tv and a wide selection of movies and programs, as well as board games and cards. Wifi is available on a user pays basis.
