Room faces HOA maintained space, nature reserve & Santa Monica mountain range, is furnished & I provide linens. Share bath with guests. Prefer long-term stays (28+days), but accept short-term. Share guest bath with 1 other guest plus possible visitors. The cleaning fee is to prepare the room for each guest’s arrival. For stays over 2 weeks, I may ask for additional cleaning costs for proper maintenance of my home. These fees are dependent on my cleaning ladies charges at that time, and will be disclosed. In addition, I may ask for a fully refundable security deposit to ensure I am kept whole against deep cleaning, breakage, loss and damage to my home and property.
