Idyllic Lakeside Victorian Farmhouse

The Lake House is a restored 1880's farmhouse nestled on the western slope of Seneca Lake with approximately 400 ft of lakefront and a beach with a firepit and a dock. In the past it has been a Bed and Breakfast. It is very private, surrounded by woods and garden, on 10 acres of land in the midst of The Seneca Wine Trail as well as the growing brewery, distillery, chocolate and cheese trails. The house contains many family heirlooms. it is roomy and has many areas for guests to gather. If combined with the cottage (#231064) it makes for a nice haven that is especially amenable for reunions and family gatherings. There are many activities to keep you busy on and off the property. In addition to 2 canoes, two kayaks, and paddle boat, there is a firepit on the beach and on the backside of the house. There is swimming and fishing (w/ license) off the dock. The large front porch is great for lounging, socializing, eating and otherwise taking in your surroundings.
