The building common space (shared by 6 units) includes hot tub room with amazing views of the ski mountain as well as a grilling area. The complex common space (shared by 8 buildings) includes a game/party room and a front desk with concierge. Other things to note If you are familiar with Goldpoint Resort, there really is no other unit in the complex that is remotely close to this unit in terms of level of finishes and style.
