Walking distance to downtown Watkinsville (1 mile). Great location for Georgia football weekends. A paved path leads to finished daylight basement with private access. Daylight Basement Apartment (900 sq. ft.) has a full bathroom, bedroom, living room and bar. Wi-Fi, Darts, 2 smart TV's, small Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, and a Ice Machine. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals. The space Daylight basement with lots of space (900 Square feet) and private entrance. Living room, streaming tv, bedroom, full bathroom, bar area, kitchenette, and dining area. Sleeper sofa has a full size newer mattress, in the living room. Keurig coffee and teas provided. We have 2 cats that live upstairs with the hosts. Guest access Gate leads to a relatively steep sloped paver-stone path down to the entry area. People with physical limitations; should not book here. Other things to note Downtown Athens is fifteen to twenty minutes away. Easy access to University of Georgia campus, Sanford Stadium for UGA game days, and Stegeman Coliseum for graduations. A two night minimum is required for UGA Football weekends.
