Enjoy California living with outdoor spaces for dining & lounging around pool and fire pit. This is a private 550 sf studio in the rear of our property. We live in the front house, so the outdoor areas are shared spaces. POOL WILL BE CLOSED APRIL THRU JULY OF 2021. All other outdoor areas - Dining, Chaise Lounges and Fire pit seating will still be OPEN. We are located near many popular sites in the Los Angeles area such as Rose Bowl, Old Town Pasadena, Hollywood, Downtown LA & Santa Monica.
