Pet Friendly Seneca Lake Country House & pond

Large rural centrally located house for 7 (maybe 8 if wish to use large sectional couch in the living room but entry room pullout couch cannot be used in winter). The adjacent apartment is available, AirBnB unit. There is a full kitchen, television with multi-channel reception, internet, phone service, one full bath, washer, dryer, and pond. A very, very large living area, close to Watkins Glen racing, wineries, state hiking trails and watersports on Seneca Lake. Pets are welcome downstairs. The space There are three (or perhaps 4 if you count couch in living room- not shown in pictures) sleeping areas. Upstairs is a large private room with a queen size bed and a small pull out couch. Next to that is another room with a double bed but with no door (could be used for children- a baby gate is also available). Down stairs is another private room with a queen size pull out couch. Also beside the formal dining room there is a very nice eat in breakfast area in the kitchen. Bring your fishing pole! Guest access The bass pond is to rear of the house and to the right near the trees. Cross country skiing and hunting can be done on nearby state and national park land. Other things to note There is a large parking space available for boats/ trailers. Also there is a small fire pit by the pond but you need to bring your own wood (unless you wish to search the woods behind the house). There is a small apartment but no one the now, working on getting it ready for spring. Please smoke outside.
