Within walking distance of down town, local shops and restaurants including a grocery store. It is the perfect escape for exploring both the lakes and the mountains of New Hampshire. In the summer you are just minutes from Squam Lake. In the winter a short drive to the various Ski resorts. Trails for hiking in the summer, snow shoeing in the winter are all around.
