In summer you can explore various hiking and biking trails and their towers around Kuhberg and Steinberg during the day and enjoy the view of the Kuhberg on the terrace in the evening. In addition, numerous outdoor and indoor swimming pools nearby invite you to linger. Also worth a trip for all ages is the Plohn and Wurzelrudis Adventure World amusement park in Eibenstock. In winter, around the Kuhberg is the famous Kuhbergloipe for cross-country skiing fans and the downhill slope in Eibenstock. Oberwiesenthal is also a popular destination for winter sports fans.
