Nestled on Squak Mountain in Issaquah, our home is conveniently located less than 1 mile from the charming old town Issaquah, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, style, and natural beauty during your stay with us. The house was designed as a townhouse with two private living spaces and kitchens. We have done a lot of renovation, most recently on the 'South' townhouse. There are times when one or both of us will be home during your stay but we have a separate private ‘North' unit and parking and rarely see our guests. The two units have a highly insulated shared wall. The space for guests is the newly remodeled South facing upper unit. This property is not recommended for toddlers. With the 2018 addition of a large waterfall feature and flagstone patios it is understood that these areas are shared with the owners if we are present. The North patio and grill are reserved for the owners when they are present. The southern facing 8 foot French doors lead to an al fresco dining table and private deck and are private for your use only during your stay. Be extremely careful near the antique stained glass window. Please do not feed the koi fish but feel free to enjoy the inviting fire pit by the koi pond, as well as the waterfall area. The South cedar deck is for your use only. We will not invade your privacy. 10 minutes away from Swedish Hospital. Guest access ***Occupancy Limit To ensure comfort, safety, and respect for our neighbors, our home has a strict maximum of 4 people allowed on the property at any time — day or night. This includes all guests, visitors, and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gatherings, parties, or additional visitors beyond this limit. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a welcoming and peaceful space for everyone. South facing deck is solely for our guests. Fire pit and waterfall area are shared if we are in town. Guests have private entrance and private driveway during their stay. Other things to note Running children inside are not allowed. There is too much potential for damaging musical instruments and artwork and the vast expanse of glass windows is dangerous for a child if they fall. Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below. There are to be no loud parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano (unless you are trained) and please be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window. This window is a 130 year old family heirloom worth in excess of $30,000. We have three outdoor security cameras for your safety and ours. There are no indoor cameras. There are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and private access to the bathroom. The NW guest bed has a full bed. The SW guest bedroom has a twin bed. The latter two have bathroom access via the hallway door.
