Free street parking Everything in apartment is new. About 10-15mins from Center City, Sport Complex and Philadelphia Navy Yard. Prime location Also about 8-10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and the famous Geno's Steaks. Upstairs apartment is used for Airbnb as well. The space Guest have access to the entire apartment just not the basement or front porch as I am using them for storage. The apartment has an alarm system that you are welcome to arm during your stay. We do not provide washing soap.
