Beautiful 4 bedroom home, full kitchen, living room, dining room, sun room. Pingpong table downstairs. 1.75 baths (1 up 0.75 down). There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the property. No animals allowed. Please note bedding/decor may be modified or replaced due to seasonal changes. The space You will have access to the entire house, except for the owner's room downstairs, which is locked. Kitchen has all the amenities to prepare your own food. Water feature in front yard. Fenced back yard. Guest access Guests can use the entire space shown in the pictures. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING house. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drugs in the house or anywhere on the premises. If you are a smoker, we respectfully ask that you do not book this house. You will be charged for extra cleaning fees if you violate this rule. We are a shoeless house to protect our light carpet. Please bring something suitable for indoor wear. House rules are on the countertop in the kitchen. There is a check out list included.
