My renovated place is in Karhupuisto (Bear Park) Kallio, with bohemian atmosphere and nice, alternative shops and cafés. Location is very good, near the Helsinki City center. Apartment is just renovated with love, style and furnished with taste. Apartment also has beautiful paintings, Finnish design and old wooden floors. Apartment (57m2) has a living room with an open kitchen with good range of cooking accessories. Two bathrooms (one has a shower), bedroom and a spacious entrance. Living room windows face to the street and to the park and the bedroom window to the courtyard. This apartment has just been renovated with love, style, and furnished beautifully. In addition, the apartment has its own paintings by the owner, a well-known Finnish visual artist. The apartment is not used for family housing. The two-room apartment (about.57m2) has a bedroom, two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed that can be opened and a fully equipped open kitchen. On the side of the bedroom there is a separate toilet and on the other side there is a toilet/shower. Guest access This apartment is in the old beautiful pink building "Ihantola" (from 1908), which is highly admired in Kallio and Helsinki. It has a lovely courtyard, which is wonderful especially at summer time: a fountain and tables to take your coffee outside and enjoy your day. At winter time the courtyard has a beautiful Christmas tree with lights. The apartment building is called Ihantola and was completed in 1908. Ihantola is one of the most beautiful houses in Kallio, admired by many and located next to the magnificent Kallio Church, next to the Bear Park.
