You'll enjoy private parking and the use of the garage. McGhee-Tyson Airport is an easy 15-20 minute drive south. Taxis are available but great public transit is not one of Knoxville's attractions. :-) There is some nearby bus access, however, and the city's network of greenways affords excellent cycling, walking & running routes. On a clear day, the view of the Smokies from the front door--or the back patio--is just beautiful.
