Norman house renovated near to the Mont Saint-Michel welcome you. Located in a quiet village in the countryside near to Pontorson (3 kms). You will enjoy with all the necessary equipment’s and relax you outside with terrace and garden (bbq). Ground floor : Living room with fully fitted kitchen. First floor : two bedrooms, a bathroom with also a shower. Park your car in the garden. Mont St Michel (10 min), Saint Malo, Granville, Cancale, Dinan (40 min), Avranches, Dol de Bretagne (25 min) The space House with floor, staircase secured for childs, coutyard with 2 attached houses where you can park your vehicle, garden in front of behind. Terrace behind with enclosed garden. Usual Equipment, dish machine, wash machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, internet... Guest access Whole guest house is yours, except the attic on the second floor (dangerous access and not fitted) Other things to note Bed linens and towels will be provided and the beds will be set up before your arrival. Please, handle the house like an owner even if a person will come to clean after your departure (extra fees for this) and check at your departure if everything is ok. Smoke forbidden Inside the house (please take care of this). Pets allowed but with a lot of precautions (clean the hair and pick up everything inside and in the garden) Products will be at your disposal for your welcome and in case of troubleshooting (coffee supplies, tea, salt and household products, toilet papers ...)
