Our apartment is a small quiet apartment with a direct location on the edge of the forest. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a separate toilet, a shower and a washing facility. The parking space is available on the premises in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. In summer, a small sun terrace is provided directly in front of the apartment. A wallbox allows the charging of electric vehicles. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Suitable for 2 persons. The space Furnishings   Our apartment is a small quiet apartment with a direct location on the edge of the forest. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a separate toilet, a shower and a washing facility. There is also a hallway with wardrobe as well as a small shoe rack. Next to the wardrobe is a large wall mirror 40 x 150 cm. In addition, there is a small sitting area next to the bed for 2 persons. Close to the large bed (1.80 m * 2.00 m) there is a storage area and outlet. The kitchenette has all the basic kitchen utensils as well as dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster and a coffee machine (capsule machine – cremesso compact one II ). In the guest room, a 32 inch TV is connected and an electric fireplace provides additional warmth and a pleasant atmosphere if needed. Free Wi-Fi available to guests. In addition, the apartment has central underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. The parking space is available on the premises in the immediate vicinity of the apartment – guest parking. In summer, a small sun terrace is provided directly in front of the apartment. For guests with bicycles/pedelecs there is possibility of storage and dining in the garden house. A wallbox allows the charging of electric vehicles. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Suitable for 2 persons. Extra bed with a sofa bed (approx. 1.10 m x 1.90 m) possible for an additional charge. Thus, you can use the existing cloakroom and the living area is not soiled. The floor itself in the apartment is tiled but not cold due to the existing underfloor heating.
