The space This charming 4 bedroom lodge offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. It boasts a spacious 2-story great room, an open loft with 4 twin beds, 2 delightful stone fireplaces, and a finished walkout basement featuring a fun pool table. Situated amidst nature on around 2 acres of land with a gentle stream passing through, it provides a tranquil setting fro the perfect family getaway. Just a short distance from Clear Creek Metro Parks and Cantwell Cliffs, you'll love unwinding by the fire pit or soaking in the comforting hot tub after adventurous days exploring the hiking trails. Guest access You will receive an email a few days prior to check in that will include your security access code. Your door code will work beginning at 4pm the day of your arrival unless you have received pre-authorization and have paid the early check in fee at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Accessing the unit prior to 4pm without authorization will result in a $1000 fee being assessed to the credit card on file. Other things to note Renter must be 25 years of age with an Airbnb validated ID and must be present during the entire stay. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time in cases of health, safety or security issues. Please note: Freedom Lodge is in a private neighborhood. Kindly be respectful of the neighbors and keep the outside noise level to a minimum after dark. 1.) We expect that there will be no parties. 2.) You may not have more guests than you are reserved for at the lodge at any time. (No one may visit that isn’t staying.) We do have a ring doorbell system to monitor the number of guests entering. If you are found to have more people that you reserved for, we will assess a $1000 fee to your credit card. We do not have any cameras inside the lodge. 3.) Guests are expected to pick up after themselves. Before check out please take out any trash from the lodge. We also ask that you load and start the dishwasher before leaving. 4.) There is no smoking permitted in the lodge. This includes no vaping or smoking marijuana inside. You may smoke outside on the porches and decks. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 5.) There can be NO ATV riding on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 6.) Fireworks and smoke bombs, etc. are prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 7.) We do not provide ice, fire wood or propane for the grill. You can have all of these in your lodge for a fee. To have these items delivered prior to your arrival please call our office at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. (Please note, you must leave the propane tank when you leave. If you take the tank, you will be charged a $100 tank replacement fee. 8.) You may not unplug or touch the Ring doorbell system or WIFI system at any time. If you are found to have done this a $1000 fee will be charged for repairs. 9.) You will be charged for any damages to our home, its contents, any property of the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities or any of the surrounding property. This includes but is not limited to your lodging accommodation, the grounds, restaurants, golf course property, its lodging, restaurant, golf course equipment, etc. 10.) You will be charged for additional cleaning if you leave trash on the floor, outside in the yard, etc. Please note we provide a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, dish washer detergent, and dish soap. You will want to being additional amounts of these items. 11.) No dogs allowed in non-pet friendly lodges. In our dog friendly accommodations, up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and fee of $75 per dog at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No birds, cats, reptiles, etc. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. 11.) The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities are not responsible for accidents or personal injuries occurring on or near any of our properties. By reserving you agree to this. 12.) If your stay is 4 days or more, we will enter on day 3 to service the hot tub. 13. ) By reserving, you agree to all policies and all fees that may be assessed if you are found to have caused damages or are found to be in violation of these policies. By Reserving you agree to the house rules and policies.
