Sandestin Condo w/GOLF CART!

Welcome to our beach condo in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This 2400 acre Destin Resort offers golf, pools, beach, tennis, biking, boating, fishing, shopping, walking village, movie theater, and more! We are offering you a clean, comfortable condo with 2 large bedrooms, 3 baths, queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the balcony off one bedroom, screened porch with Bay view, complimentary GOLF CART, and access to 2 free heated pools! Family friendly! Come enjoy our HAPPY PLACE! NO PETS The space Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is located on Miramar Beach. Both bedrooms are upstairs and each one has a king bed, its own full bath with tubs, two closets, ceiling fan and Smart TV. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. Washer/dryer are upstairs for your convenience. There is a walk-in shower in the large downstairs bathroom. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining area with seating for six and the spacious family room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Just off the family room is a spacious screened porch with table and chairs for eating or relaxing. You will have access to two storage areas in front of the condo. We have beach chairs, buckets/shovels, boogie boards, and cooler for you to use as our guest! A new 2024 six-person GOLF CART is parked in front of the condo for your enjoyment! Guest access You have the whole, two-story condo to yourself. Come and go as you please throughout the Resort, either on the golf cart or by car. You have your choice of two pools at no extra cost, located approximately 5 minutes away by golf cart. The beach is located just minutes away on the other side of Highway 98. An awesome tunnel can be used to go under the highway if you are on the golf cart, walking, or riding a bike. For extra fees, you can play tennis, pickle ball, kayak, jet ski, fish, rent bikes or play golf on one of the four courses in the Resort. Bring your fishing pole for catch and release fishing in the many ponds around the Resort. Other things to note 7-day rentals only. Pets are prohibited for renters in our area. Housekeeping provides a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. There are no extra garbage bags. They provide the small, hotel size soap. Plan to bring or buy these items for your stay. The condo is very quiet to outside noise. Sleep in, or rise early and walk or bike the many paths around the Resort. The golf cart can hold six adults and can go anywhere in the Resort. Most places have special parking for golf carts. Please ride the cart on the street only inside the Resort (not on golf cart paths). You are not allowed to hold a child on your lap while driving and no golf carts in the grass. Must be at least 16 years old carrying a license to drive cart.
