Beautiful Keuka house on protected cove w/ hot tub

We added a hot tub so bring your bathing suit! This gorgeous home sits on a cove with stunning views. On rainy mornings watch the fog roll down the hills from the bright two-story sunroom. Play cornhole, go fishing on the dock or take the kayaks out for a ride. At the end of the day, make s’mores around the fire pit. In colder months, curl up inside with a book, grab a game from the treasure chest, or peek behind the bookcase to find a secret room with a TV and a table to play games at. The space Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Three rooms on the first floor: one king-sized bed and two rooms with queen beds. Two rooms on the second floor: the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bath and balcony and the Bunk Room, complete with three twin beds and a double futon. The first floor also has an additional half bathroom and laundry room. The kitchen is new and stocked with all the essentials you may need and the kitchen table can accommodate 10 people and 2 more at the breakfast bar. Three sets of sliding glass doors open onto an expansive deck with an outdoor seating area, fire table, and dining table, along with a gas grill which is plumbed in so you'll never run out of gas in the middle of cooking your steaks! There is plenty of parking. Unlike most houses on the lake, your vehicle will be completely off the street and close to the front door for easy access. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we do NOT provide sheets and towels. Our house is on a septic system and unable to wash and dry linens for so many beds fast enough to keep up with rentals. We DO provide blankets, pillows and comforters, as well as other essentials for the kitchen and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). You can easily rent linens from Connect-a-Service on the lake so the beds are prepared for you when you arrive. We include that rental form in our messages once you've booked with us.
