Mermaid Ranch - River View

Gorgeous year round location, enjoy water sports, hiking, fishing, ATV, golfing, skiing and more. Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our in-ground unheated private pool and Hot tub (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather) and sweeping river view. Our log cabin style home is 20 minutes from Spokane International airport and downtown Spokane. The space The Cabin is nestled on a ridge in a forested environment. There will be wildlife to enjoy and watch out for while you stay here. Absolutely no parties or gatherings beyond the registered and approved number of guests on your reservation unless otherwise arranged. Mermaid Ranch is a large property that needs a lot of daily care. I will need to access the (backyard) gardens, pool, hot-tub and lawn to conduct routine maintenance and cleaning that can be arranged to not interrupt your stay. If your stay is longer than 3 days we can coordinate a convenient time to access the inside of the house to water the indoor plants. Thank you for your cooperation in help keeping our property beautiful. Max limit on pets is 2 unless otherwise arranged. Please message me if you will be traveling with your furry friends. Pet fee is $100. Guest access Guest will be greeted day of arrival and given a gate clicker and keys to use during their stay here. Please note that all garages, the small storage house, woodshed, greenhouse, and cantilevered train platform on the east side of the property are completely off-limits to guests.
