A 12-Sided Cabin set in a beautiful, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Suitable for quieter guests. Spacious front and back yards, expansive shady porches, a super-clean hot tub and a cute pond. Situated only a few minutes from the center of town, inspiration point, and Idyllwild Arts. The space Welcome! The Tree House is a uniquely designed 12-sided cabin, with a large tree holding up its center. The Tree House comfortably accommodates up to six people. Two downstairs bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds, while the open-format loft above provides two additional Queen beds. Two downstairs bathrooms offer bath and shower options. The large living/dining/common area and chef's kitchen invite gatherings of friends and family. The expansive back yard beckons readers, snoozers, yogis and bird watchers. The pond hosts a happy school of fish. Occasionally, you might encounter a family of raccoon or deer. Coyote pass through from time to time, and bobcats and mountain lions sweep through (although they generally stay out of sight). The impeccably maintained outdoor Jacuzzi tub is situated under a stand of trees, and comfortably accommodates 4 adults. The expansive front porch's comfortable rustic tables and benches are perfect for outdoor dining. The expansive front yard is ideal for child's play, hide and seek or a game of catch. The entertainment system is easy to use, and we offer a host of paid AppleTV apps (Netflix, Hulu, The Criterion Channel, and the National Theater, and others). The Sonos system allows guests broadcast music over-the-air from their iPhone and Android phones. There is a large and beautiful playground in the center of town (** there is no playground at the cabins). ** CAMERAS: There are NO indoor cameras at all. Indoor cameras are manually installed between guests for security purposes only. There are several exterior cameras, which are deactivated by me whenever the property is lawfully occupied. Important, please note: *** This cabin is for peaceful and quiet family-style enjoyment only *** This really is a quiet community. No outdoor music at all, because sound carries here. Our full-time neighbors actively protect our beautiful neighborhood by contacting both me and the Sheriff if guests are too loud, so please make sure that a peaceful stay is what you're actually looking for :) ** Definitely take a moment to review our House Rules before proceeding. If you and your guests find them agreeable, it would be a pleasure to host your stay! There are many beautiful cabins in Idyllwild, each with its own personality. If my House Rules don't seem like a good fit, there are many others to choose from :) ** Riverside County requires all STR owners to obtain a clear image of your drivers license upon acceptance of a reservation, along with a signed 'agreement of responsibility'. STR owners aren't allowed to grant access to the property unless they have a clear image of your license. If you and your guests find all of this acceptable, it would be a pleasure to host your stay :) Guest access Guests enjoy the "Tree House" cabin for the duration of their stay (aside from management, in case of emergency).
