The space A charming mountain home with "peek" views of Lake Tahoe that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults or a small family (1 king, 1 queen and 2 full beds). HIGH SPEED WIFI! Bedrooms are appointed with luxury linens, cozy and soft! NEW AC for the entire home installed. An updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Main living/dining area has an open floor plan with hardwood floors and a wood-burning fireplace. Lots of rustic mountain decor. Giant windows that allow you to take in the pines! The expansive deck has a gas chef style BBQ, an outdoor table that seats 4 and additional seating for four around a fire table for those cool evenings! The cabin has 500mb wireless high-speed internet, 1 smart TV, one with cable and streaming and 1 TV with Amazon Firestick. Ideal for a family, small group of friends or couples visiting the Lake Tahoe area. As a guest in Incline Village, you will have access (for a fee) to the Recreation Center (indoor pool and workout facilities). The private beaches are exclusively limited to residents and guests of residents for a fee, and are NOT included in the rental. 6 Beach chairs, a small ice chest and beach towels are provided! The house backs up to federal land and there are hiking trails all around. Sand Harbor State Park recommends advanced reservations. Ski at Diamond Peak - the free shuttle stop is a 5 min walk from house, or drive up Ski Way to the base area 3 minutes away. Other skiing options: NorthStar (EPIC pass) is a 30 min drive, Palisades (IKON pass), as well as Heavenly (EPIC pass) are easy 40 min drives. There is a large storage area downstairs next to the carport if you have skis, mountain bikes, kayaks, etc. Please be aware that the house has a steep driveway which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. New double pane windows in all rooms. The master bedroom has no shades - so perfect for early risers. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access Full access to entire home and carport. Driveway shared with Neighbor, but fully dedicated carport for 2 vehicles. Other things to note There is an extra $50 per pet cleaning fee shall your pet join you. The driveway is shared so please park in the carport or on the street. All trash should be put in the bear box in front of house upon departure. This home is nonsmoking of ANY kind indoors or out. No fireworks! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. We say that Lake Tahoe has two seasons, "Road work season, and Winter!" Please note that during summer road work & utility maintenance, or with high wind, snow, ice or other weather related conditions, both power and internet can get interrupted.
