Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front deck/parking lot area, This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages. This home does not have air conditioning! Parking for 3-4 cars. The driveway is at an incline so we recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle in the winter season. Side Note: This home has TV with Netflix but not cable or live TV. ----------------- Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including: Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom Two rolls of paper towels, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, 1 new dish sponge, 1 small liquid dish soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand soap, 2 Kitchen Garbage Bags. Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.
