Maximum Occupancy: This condo sleeps 4. The space Bed Arrangement: In this one bedroom 2 bath condo the master has a queen bed and TV. Main Area: The living room has a TV, VCR, sofa sleeper. Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the spa, saunas, tennis courts, and community barbeques. This is the perfect unit for the budget minded and is 20% cheaper than our other one bedroom units. This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street. Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold. Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure. Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first. On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
