You will be near the Véloroute des Bleuets, snowmobile trails and the Saint-Henri-de-Taillon Marina. Located directly on Regional Road 169, you are close to all services: gas, restaurants and grocery store. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! The space Our residence is ideal for people who want to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful and famous sandy beaches of Lac-Saint-Jean (about 5 minutes). It gives direct access to the Véloroute des Bleuets. It is also less than 10 minutes from Pointe Taillon National Park (recreational and sea kayaking, hiking, canoeing, bike rental, wildlife watching, etc.) It is about twenty minutes from the beautiful Scullion Gardens and also less than an hour from the Saint Félicien Zoo. Located directly on Route 169, it may not be suitable for young families because of the fairly busy road and the pond, but it's perfect for travelers who appreciate the comfort of a wooden residence. A warehouse is on the right side but is not really visible from inside the house. Possibility of outside noise during working hours but not causing any inconvenience inside, and this only during the day during the week since the manufacturing workshop is closed in the evenings and on weekends.
