Lots of self-closing lockable gates for kiddies and pooches. The cottage is light and breezy, with excellent insulation and green energy efficient values, built on the property during a 6-month extension project completed in November 2012. This includes a grey water system from the laundry, solar power, double-glazed windows, and solar passive heat banking. There are louvre windows to encourage ventilation from the South West breezes in Fremantle. There are air conditioners installed also. The cottage has three bedrooms, with two double beds and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms. The large living, dining, and kitchen has three sets of wide French doors onto the private courtyard, perfect for opening up and enjoying the fresh breeze on your break. 5 min walk to some of Fremantle's favourite cafes. 10-minute walk to Central Freo cafe strip, shopping, and markets.
