Photo ID of guests must be available upon request My house has three , basic, single-bed, rooms and one double-bed room. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE SHOES in the fully carpeted house. Use of kitchen is limited to use of microwave oven and table top electric oven; no oil and spice based cooking on stove. I expect you to leave the room(s) and kitchen as you were given. Bathroom is NOT cleaned after EVERY guest. Self serve basic breakfast. Parking is on street and not on driveway of the garage. The space My house is in a residential area with 18-hole golf course. I live in my house. There are three bus stops within 2 min walk from the house. Guest access The front living room is available to guests. Limited access to kitchen and the dining table. Microwave oven in kitchen can be accessed without any restrictions. Fridge and freezer available subject to space in the appliance. During your stay I am available by phone, email and text 24 hrs a day. Other things to note Please respect the privacy of other in the house.
