A convenience store is just 7 houses away on North Lake Blvd. Paved bike trails to town and into the forest, resorts and along Truckee River. The house is broken into three distinct units. Shown rates are for main unit only. Inquire about renting apartment above garage/great room available for the holiday season at an additional cost of $175 per night and $60 additional cleaning. The lower unit has full time renters respectful, friendly and helpful to many renters. A filtered lake view through tree foliage, really not much to see, but elevated living spaces provide lots of light and privacy for hot tub. Good view of mountains off above garage deck.
