KITCHEN: Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine – all electric, no gas! Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, coffee, and tea are provided. A dining table with chairs for 5 guests is also available. A newly added single bed ensures extra comfort. BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM: A double bed for 2 guests and a sofa bed for 1–2 guests. A chest of drawers is available for your belongings. BATHROOM: Shower, sink with mirror, and toilet. Guests can use the provided toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, towels) and a hairdryer. HALLWAY & BALCONY: The hallway includes a shoe cabinet, mirror, coat rack, and access to the balcony. PARKING: Paid Parking: On the street (7:00–19:00). Free at night, on weekends, and public holidays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including all amenities and equipment.
