Our architect remodeled (2021), five star, elegant Farmhouse with great room and fireplace, is simply perfect throughout. This unique wine country two-acre property, with heated swimming pool (for a fee), looks out to the beautiful Russian River vineyards and the never-ending Western panorama. Only minutes from award winning food and shopping in downtown Healdsburg, it’s within easy walking or bicycling distance of tasting rooms at J, Rodney Strong and other acclaimed Sonoma wineries. The space Elegantly appointed, with new subway tiled kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and black fixtures throughout, the 3-bedroom, 2-bath (+ heated outdoor shower), luxury cottage overlooks a 40-foot, heated pool (please reference heating rates). Gracefully spaced steps span the entire front of the pool so you can lounge in shallow water enjoying a drink, reading, or simply admiring the view. Enhance your enjoyment by playing outdoor Foosball on our vast deck or classic French Pentanque (similar to bocce) on the court nestled between the vineyard and pool. Our Malbec vineyard frames the entrance to our special home. Pear, apricot, fig, pomegranate, and walnut trees grace the two acre expanse. Indigenous native oak trees circle the property, with six heads of free range calves across the creek on our neighbor's land. Our private outdoor shower is housed in an architect designed, mirrored enclosure.
