Newly-built, this private East Nashville Escape is located in the heart of the Historic Edgefield neighborhood! This cozy guesthouse sits above our garage & is perfect for a stay to feel like a local or hit the best spots Nashville has to offer! Walkable to restaurants, bars, shops, music venues & more (5 Points, Fatherland District, Basement East, Nissan Stadium, and Ascend Amphitheater). Broadway's Honky Tonks and all that downtown Nashville has to offer is a quick 5 minute ride away! The space Guest Comforts: You'll find comfortable mattresses, pillows, & bedding in both bedrooms with clean closets stocked with hangers. Bathroom is overstocked with guest toiletries and plush guest towels. Our full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware and glassware. Throw blankets provided! HOME AT A GLANCE: LOWER LEVEL: - Entrance with full size washer+dryer MAIN LEVEL: - Open Concept: kitchen with island & barstool seating & living room - Hallway/landing area between bedrooms & bathroom fit with large full length mirror and outlet for getting ready - Both bedrooms equipped with side tables, luggage rack, closet & extra plugins with 3 USB ports for multiple outlet needs. -Outside deck including fan/light & sitting area MORE DETAILS: Our living room is complete with a full couch, 2 comfy swivel barrel chairs, TV (Xfinity provided…140+ channels including HBO, Showtime & the Sports Entertainment Package) & lots of throw blankets to stay cozy. It opens to a brand-new modern kitchen complete with counter island & bar stools. Off the main rooms is the landing in between the bedrooms and bathroom doors. We designed this with a large full-length mirror and outlet for getting ready. The 1st bedroom has a King bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen. Both rooms are sunny with closets, luggage racks, side tables with extra plugs with USB ports. The full bathroom is stocked with toiletry products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, q-tips, & cotton balls). Forgot your essentials? We've stocked some of those too just in case (razors, toothbrush, toothpaste & feminine products)! Parking: The house has private parking off the alley beside the garage/guesthouse and can accommodate 1 car. Our side street is 3 houses away with free parking if you have more than 1 car! Guest access Guests are renting out the entire guesthouse with their booking (guesthouse with parking). We will try to accommodate early check-in / late check-out requests where possible subject to availability, and these requests cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours before check-in and 24 hours before check-out. Interaction with guests Host is available via phone/texts/messages as much or as little as guests need during their stay! Host will check in with guests after arrival via Airbnb message to make sure all is going well, and offer support if ever needed. Other than that, it's up to the guest to reach out as much as they'd like! Home Security: As is typical in the area, the home has a doorbell camera for the security and comfort of our guests. Please shut the door to the yard when entering and exiting There is only room for one car to park next to the apartment. please be mind full of our neighbors and do not block ally. A second car can park out front and walk alongside the front house (there is a fence door you must shut).
