This home sits on the 11th hole at the Preserve at Turnbull Bay golf course. Relax on the screened lanai or take a dip in the inground pool. The home is 30 mins south of Daytona Beach & 1 hour northeast of Orlando. Enjoy the Orlando area amusement parks for the day or stay nearby and visit the beach. Guest access Guest will be given a code on day of arrival to access home. Other things to note A 12.5% FL tourism tax is required by the State of FL.  Guests are prohibited from tampering with any of the pool equipment. All sliding doors that access the pool area have no screens and are to remain closed at all times.
