Porto Garden Villas | Downtown 1 (with jacuzzi)

Beautiful Villa located in the city centre. Spend the morning exploring the city centre, enjoy a tasty lunch in Ribeira or Afurada, try a wine tasting, or escape to the beach in the afternoon. Everything is within walking distance. If you prefer, you can simply stay in the villa, enjoying the garden, sunbathing or relaxing in our shared jacuzzi. The metro station is just 3 minutes away. Parking is available on the street. Guest access Welcome! This villa intends to offer you comfort, charm and tranquillity. The decor is contemporary, yet simple, to connect with the garden area. Enjoy our beautiful common garden, where you can relax on the two hammock, take sunbaths, or make a barbecue and have your meals "al fresco". All this, while you have a panoramic view of Porto Downtown. The villa accommodates 4 guests. It has a couple bed and a large comfortable sofa bed. On request we might accommodate an extra person. The kitchen is fully equipped to inspire your inner chef: all kitchen utensils, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. At your disposal, you have high-speed Wi-Fi, TV LED with national and international channels and a hair dryer. Bed linens and towels, shampoo/shower gel and hand soap are included. You will find shops and supermarkets all around, it will be easy to get what you need to eat or cook. The jacuzzi is not private, it is shared with the other 3 villas. Other things to note Guests should note that the jacuzzi may not be available during their stay due to maintenance or malfunction. In order to use the jacuzzi, the guest MUST READ the following information. JACUZZI Reservations: - There is a cost for using the jacuzzi (price available at the property, varies according to the season). - Exclusive for guests of Porto Garden Villas (1,2,3 or 4). - The jacuzzi must be reserved 1 day before use (for preparation, disinfection and heating of the water). - Normally each reservation is for half a day of private use, from 10:00 to 14:00 or from 16:00 to 20:00 (schedule changes may occur) JACUZZI Rules: - The maximum capacity of the jacuzzi is 4 people. - Can only be used between 10:00 and 20:00 - Guests must shower before using the jacuzzi. - Drinks or food are not permitted inside the jacuzzi. - Cannot be used in rain or thunderstorms. - Before and after using the jacuzzi, the user must uncover and cover the jacuzzi. - The foam cover must be placed between the hot tub and the wall. - Children under 16 must always be supervised by an appropriate adult - It is not recommended for use by children under four years of age. The jacuzzi water temperature is set by the property manager, to avoid the risk of damaging the equipment. The CCTV system is recording the jacuzzi area 24 hours a day. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an additional cost of €150. JACUZZI Safety/Hygiene: - Use of the jacuzzi is exclusive to one group of guests per day. - The water is treated with Brome and is constantly filtered. - From 8:30 pm to 10:00 am the jacuzzi carries out an ultraviolet disinfection cycle TOURIST/STAY TAX When guests arrive, as imposed by Vila Nova de Gaia City Council, we have to charge the tourist tax directly to guests. This will happen when Airbnb didn't collect the tourist tax. The tourist tax is 2.5€ per person per night (up to 7 nights) VILLA RULES Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, only in the garden. The house is cleaned before each arrival. Please keep it tidy and clean as much as possible during your stay. No noise is allowed after 9 pm. PERSONAL DATA REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION By legal requirement of the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF), as with hotels or hostels, at check-in we are obliged to ask all guests (including EU citizens) to present their identity card or passport to collect information such as: full name; nationality; date of birth; ID or passport number; Country of Residence. All information will be kept confidential as far as possible and for a maximum period of 3 days, until we submit the record of your stay to the Portuguese authorities. Registration Details 54302/AL
