White picket fence encloses front brick patio with outdoor tables and bistro set surrounded by roses and flowerbeds. French doors open off the dining area to a smaller outside seating area with a Weber gas BBQ that is perfect for small casual dinners. Linens and towels included in the cleaning fee. STEPS: While the house is one-story, there are a few steps: 3” step-down in front entry; 3” step-up into the living room; 8” step down into the master bedroom; two steps (6” & 7-1/2”) from attached garage to the courtyard; two 6” steps from courtyard patio to back entrance of cottage at French doors. NOTE: If you would like to bring a dog, you must ask me in advance to Approve breed and size (insurance requirement). There is a $200 Pet Fee for ONE Approved dog.
