Palazzo Nardelli is an historic residence in an ancient building situated at the centre of the ancient Chianciano Terme’s borough. Land/sky of over than 300 square meters. The space Composed of an independent entrance overlooking the street from an ancient door in solid wood and iron, a bright reception hall where the first boiler room is located. Going up, the First floor is composed of a living kitchen with a large and ancient stone fireplace (unusable) and refreshment area, dining room, large hall with an 18th century billiard table equipped with abacus and game features, another game room and dining room with adjoining bathroom. There is a large livable terrace for breakfasts, lunches and dinners overlooking the main street from the suggestive view of the countryside of the Val di Chiana. The Second floor, accessed by an ancient flight of stairs, consists of 5 bedrooms: two single bedrooms with full size beds in antique wrought iron. One of the two rooms overlooks a lovely independent balcony. One bedroom with two single beds. The other two bedrooms include two king size beds. Two overlook the main course, two on the internal courtyard. Bright, spacious and with 4 meter ceilings with refined, elegant floral decorations. Sleeps 6. Two bathrooms with showers and large bathtub and a third service bathroom. An anteroom area with laundry and washing machine. The dwelling retains a flavor period feel, still filled with antique furniture, lamps, vintage items and well-preserved signs of the time. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to whole property. Other things to note There is a precious 18th century billiard table equipped with abacus and tools. Given its historical importance and its value, guests will find the billiard table covered. The use of the billiard table is only allowed to experienced players with the explicit and signed authorization of the owner. ONLY SMALL SIZE DOGS ARE ALLOWED!
