The space This is an apartment in two levels ideal for groups of up to 4 people as well as for families. The first level has a sofa-bed in the communal space. In the second level there is a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. The self-contained balcony with its splendid view of the second level of the apartment adds another reason for attractive accomodation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and electrical appliances. Guest access The apartment is located just 20 meters from the beach of Sambatiki. You can leave your car in the free municipal Parking of the area (just 100m away). If you wish to have a holiday by the sea, then you will not need to move since on the nearby beach you will find taverns, cafes and a mini market. If you wish to explore the area, you can travel with the public line which has 3 to 5 routes per day depending on the season. Sambatiki is ideally located right in the middle between Leonidio and Tyros giving you the opportunity very quickly to be in nearby destinations, such as the climbing fields in Leonidio - if you are a climbing fan - with more than 1500 routes or nearby trails for hiking trails but also dozens of nearby beaches.
